Help give hope to those in need.

Welcome to

Friendly Loving Opportunities (FLO)

Thank you for visiting our website today. We encourage you to check out our pages, especially our gallery of photographs that show FLO’s work in action.

FLO’s staff and volunteers — all unpaid — are working to provide some small relief to our homeless brothers and sisters here in the greater Baltimore area. We do this by literally going to the streets to share your donations with needy persons.

Please consider joining our effort with your personal contribution of time, talent, or treasure. Use the “Contact us” page to reach out to us.

On behalf of Friendly Loving Opportunities (FLO), We will like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Mayor of Baltimore, Catherine Pugh for supporting FLO’s work in the community for the residents of Baltimore experiencing hardship at our 3rd Annual Winter Coat Drive and Wellness Fair.

Due to the growing cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and avoiding any social gathering of 250 people or more, FLO regretfully announce, we will be cancelling our 5th Annual FLO Day of Helping (Community Spring Festival 2020) on Saturday, April 4th.
The health and safety for everyone is a priority to us and we want to make sure,  we make every attempt to remain protected.
We thank all our donors and sponsors for your generosity towards this event. A heartfelt thanks to all Service Providers and volunteers that registered to be a part of our Spring Festival.
We ask you to staytuned for more details about our Summer Festival happening on Saturday, July 25th and please register when the registration link becomes available.
THANK YOU for your understanding and please continue to stay tuned to our social media pages and monitor our website at flogiving.org for updates regarding our future events. Please stay safe and continue to support each other during this time.
