FLO’s Winter Coat Drive on November 26, 2016, was immensely successful. We gathered 370 coats. In addition, donors contributed many other winter garments, adult and kids clothes, and shoes that were all distributed to people in need.
FLO’s officers and board send heartfelt thanks to St. Matthew Catholic Church and all the businesses that participated in the drive. A huge thank you to all of the donors and to our volunteers. Special thanks to Yia Yia’s Bakery for donating pastries and Pizza Boli’s for donating pizzas that fed hundreds of homeless individuals for this event.
